Starting from The Mortgage Industry, to Renovating small houses to mixed use commercial properties and Interior Design. Divine Home Trendz provide everything from foreclosure consulting, real estate consulting, leasing, interior design to mobile notary signing services.
We are always open to joint venture opportunities with like minded and skilled investors that are willing to collaborate and structure deals to increase a faster return on investment and/or project. We take pride on paying close attention to three main aspects of any deal: control and reporting requirements, economics, and tax implications. All parties should also agree on an exit strategy and when to exit an investment. The economics must allow for enough incentive to make the transaction a benefit and not a burden for either party or entity.
